​​​​​​​​​​​​​  Keith Cannata is Managing Director of Stronghold Defense Solutions.  He currently serves as Commander of the Criminal Investigations Division for his Police Department and Senior Tactical Team Commander of the Monmouth County Emergency Response Team.  He obtained his degree Masters Degree in Global Leadership and Homeland Security.  He has over 24 years of Law Enforcement, SWAT experience, knowledge and training.  He is the Counter Terrorism Coordinator and Chairman of the Bayshore Criminal Investigative Group.  He is one of the most decorated officers in the history of his department.  He is an expert in School Critical Incidents and Response and has been invited to speak to the NJ Board of Education, Archdiocese and Law Enforcement. Keith is a certified Team One Network and OHSP Active Shooter Emergency Response instructor.  He is also certified in Security, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments of Businesses, Schools and Houses of Worship.   He maintains a (P.A.T.R.I.O.T.) Pro-Active Terrorist Recognition, Interdiction Observation and Tactics Training certification. Keith has worked and trained with the FBI, US Secret Service Executive Protection Counter Assault Team, and tactical teams throughout the country.  He has trained thousands of school personnel, students and civilians in critical incident response.  He has been involved in hundreds of critical incidents and is a Command level expert in the National Incident Command System.  His real world experience and knowledge is used to assist employers in keeping their workplace secure and employees safe, in today's ever changing violent world.

​  Jason Roebuck is the Vice President of Stronghold Defense Solutions.  He is the former Chief of Police for the City of Long Branch. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in National Security Affairs.  He is currently pursuing his Masters Degree.  Upon his graduation he was an Officer in the US Army Reserves followed by Pennsylvania National Guard, rising to the rank of Captain before stepping down to further his law enforcement career.  He has held many positions in his 21 year law enforcement career, including Captain of the Detective Bureau, Lieutenant of the Street Crimes Unit and Tactical Team Commander of the Monmouth County Emergency Response Team (SWAT).  He is an Active Shooter and Emergency Vehicle Operations instructor.   He is certified in Executive Protection, Methods of Instruction, Vulnerability and Risk assessments, and is a Reality Based Scenario Instructor.   He has had extensive training and experience in Incident and Tactical command, completing many courses in those fields while utilizing his knowledge in hundreds of real world critical incidents.  His work has afforded him the opportunity to train with many agencies, federal, state and local, and he has passed his knowledge onto many students, both law enforcement and civilian.  He looks forward to continuing to impart his knowledge to others, and hopefully making the world a safer place along the way.
